2、Products and Services：
We are specialized in manufacturing auto glass mould, auto glass inspection fixture and jig, which integrates research & development, design, programming, manufacture and processing. Our products also include vehicle body-in-white、interior and exterior decoration、panel and paint、welding mould、inspection tools and jig and fixture。
3、Course of Development
Since the company was set up, we are aiming for Integrity, Professional, Innovation and Win-win to serve our customers. In order to satisfy our customers, adapt to the demand of the market and provide professional products, we set up 2 sub-branch Wuhu Ruixin and Changzhou Feibi in 2010 and 2016 respectively, and appointed individual business specialty to them.
Wuhu Ruixin is specialized in vehicle body-in-white, interior and exterior decoration, panel and paint, welding inspection tools and fixture.
Changzhou Feibi is specialized in automobile glass mould, tooling fixture’s research and development, design, manufacture and processing.
4、Capacity of Designing and Manufacturing
We have 76 staff in total while Wuhu Ruixin has 40 and Changzhou Feibi has 36. Among them, there are 8 management staff，15 designers，1 moulding specialist，7 bench workers，10 welders，35 assemblers、operators and general workers.
We have an excellent specialized team and core staff with more than 10 years professional experiences in automobile glass and mould. Few of them have ever had 10 years experiences of product innovation and mould design by working at Fuyue Group Moulding Research and Development Centre, and have developed more than 200 moulds.
Wuhu Ruixin is occupied around 2000㎡ land, which Changzhou Feibi is occupied about 2800㎡。
We use UG/ SURFACE 3D and CAD/CAM/CAE for designing and have more than 20 imported and China Made processing equipments cooperated with high precision manufacturing equipments, such as Five-axis gantry machining center，Three-axis machining center, turning and milling、wire EDM、drilling machine,etc. Inspection equipments include auto coordinate measuring machine、portable three coordinates、 Three-coordinate line measuring machine.
